As Joshua was preparing to lead into the promised land, a word of reassurance was delivered to him. The word was reassurance that just as God had been with Moses, God would also be with him. The word was that he should be strong and courageous and that he should not be afraid or dismayed. Many people don’t believe in the possibility of the promise because they have difficulty seeing the possibilities that God put in them. They have convinced themselves that God has made a mistake in calling them up to bat. Sometimes its in the place of our greatest uncertainty that God will speak and helps us to see the potential to our greatest improvement. Step outside of your comfort zone and trust God to do exactly what He said he would do!
